2/ Description
2.1. Tube ice introduction
TV series tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space. Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.



 

2.2. Features
? The ice tube looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time. Usually it's between 5mm-10mm in diameter. If you need completely solid ice, we also can customize it for you.
? The mainframe adopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the production room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate.
? The ice is quite thick and transparent, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt, fine permeability.
? Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice.

As it is water cooling system, it is consisted of two parts:machinery unit and cooling tower,they are connected by water pumps and water pipes.

6/ Installation and Warranty
6.1. Installation for ice machine:
6.1.1 Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and video are provided to guide the installation.
6.1.2 Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineers' arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.

 

6.2. Warranty:
6.2.1 12 months warranty after delivery.
6.2.2 Professional after-sales department to provide 24/7 technical support, all complaints should be replied within 24 hours.

8/ FAQ
Q: The ambient temperature here is relative high, reaching ouver 40°C. Can tube ice machine reach the target output under such condition?
A: Firstly, we adopt water cooling system for our tube ice machine and it can perform well under over 40°C working condition. Secondly, we have sold many sets ice machine to hotter area (like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and etc. where its surround temperature is over 50°C), our machine still could work well there. And we would like to mention that the output will be influenced, but the specific depends on the input water temperature and ambient temperature.
Q: We rarely recommend the Direct-cooling for our customers, if they really need, which capacity of the machine can be adopted?
A: The machine with the capacity of 10tn or more.
Q: If your customers question you he needs 10tn Tube Ice machine with 40mm diameter ice, what are you going to answer?
A: Usually the height of the evaporator for those higher capacity machinery will be hign. So I suggest to separate in two parts of the compressor unit and Evaporator.
Q: What's your brand of the solenoid valve for your TV50 machine?
A: Danfoss brand.
Q: I am interested in your 5ton/day Tube Ice Machine and the favorable tube ice diameter is 28mm. Could you also make the length of the ice as 28mm?
A: We don't suggest this size. After many years of research and testing by our engineers, the most suitable length of the tube ice with 28mm diameter is 35mm. And the length of the ice depends on the speed of the ice cutter, if the length is too short, and high speed will damage the ice cutter, and lead to more crushed ice.
