2.1. Tube ice introduction
Ice tube looks like hollow cylinder, which has external diameter 20mm,28mm,34mm,40mm.Length ranging from 25-50mm, and the inner hole is from 5 to 10mm, which can be adjusted by freezing time.
The ice appears to be tasteless, sanitary, transparent, good-looking, shape of unity, completely conforms to food standards. Which can be directly eaten, for human consumption.

6/ Installation and Warranty
6.1. Installation for ice machine:
6.1.1 Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and video are provided to guide the installation.
6.1.2 Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineers' arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.




6.2. Warranty:

Q: Why the delivery time of tube ice machine is so long? Don't you have one in stock?
A: The delivery time of tube ice machine fluid receiver is 28 working days. Our machines are designed according to the requirements of the customers, so usually we don't have stocking machines.
Q: Do you have fully automatic packing system for tube ice machine?
A: Our tube ice machine is not equipped with packing system, so if the customer needs the packing system, we will suggest him to buy an extra storage ice bin to facilitate the semi-packing.
Q: How long can the tube ice keep freezing?
A: It depends on the local temperature, the way you pile up the ice etc.
Q: What is the material for tube ice machine evaporator?
A: stainless steel SUS304. Also call it seamless steel.
Q: Is it ok if I use tube ice to freeze the fish?
A: It is ok, but for freezing the fish, plate ice and flake ice will be better.
Q: What kind of compressor for the tube ice machine?
A: No matter for the standard or not standard power form, we all can design the machine with the Germany Brand Bitzer compressor.
Q: Are there any requirements of installation site for TV200 20tons tube ice machine? The height of our factory is only 4 meters.
A: Our TV200 tube ice machine adopts water cooling system and the tube ice maker part and refrigeration systems are separate. We kindly suggest you install the water cooling tower outdoors and make it in good ventilation.
As the height of the evaporator is 4.8m and it is better to left 50cm distance between the top of the machine and the roof so as to be convenient for the maintenance of the machine, so we kindly advice the min. height of the factory should be 5.3m.
